2010 will be  the year that the  market switches back to a sellers market. Already in the last 3 months 6 out of 10 homes have seen a price increase. Do not wait until it is too late. Now is the time to buy a home. The first time buyer credit and previous home buyer credit has been expanded and extended. The time has never been better.
